Key Holder

Tupelo, Mississippi -  Part-Time

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Key Holder to join the Sam Steven team in Tupelo, MS. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you. You will support the management team by ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent service to customers, and helping maintain an organized and inviting store atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store securely and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and inquiries professionally.
  • Supervise store operations in the absence of the store manager.
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and replenish stock to maintain an attractive store layout.
  • Process sales transactions and manage the store's point-of-sale system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Punctual and available to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a leadership role preferred.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
